To order from Element Skate Shop, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (if under 18, you need permission from a parent/guardian)
  • Reside in a country we ship to (currently excluding most of Asia and remote areas)
  • Have a valid payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We offer authentic Element products including:

  • Skateboard decks, completes, and components (bearings, grip tape, etc.)
  • Streetwear (jackets, jeans, shirts, beanies, caps)
  • Accessories (backpacks, belts, flat bars & rails)

Pro Tip: We do our best to display accurate product colors and details, but screen settings may vary. If you have specific questions about a product, hit us up before ordering!

4. ORDERING & PAYMENT

Placing Orders

When you place an order, you’re making a binding offer to purchase. We’ll send an order confirmation email—this means we’ve received your request but haven’t necessarily approved it yet.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our Policy

Not stoked on your gear? No worries—you have 15 days from delivery to return/exchange items if they’re:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Beanies & Caps
  • Belts
  • Grip Tape

Bearings must be returned in original sealed packaging.

Return Process

  1. Email Us at [email protected] with your order number and return request
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll email a return authorization within 48 hours
  3. Pack It Up – Use original packaging if possible
  4. Ship It Back to:

Important: You cover return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. For exchanges, we’ll cover shipping your new item. Always use a trackable service—we can’t help if your return gets lost!
