Shipping Info
Global Shipping Note: We ship worldwide (except some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping out.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping
Once your order ships, you’ll get tracking info straight to your inbox. International riders might see customs delays – that’s out of our control but hit us up if your package seems lost.
Our Return Policy
Not loving your gear? No stress. You’ve got 15 days from delivery to return or exchange items, as long as they’re:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- With proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Beanies & Caps
- Belts
- Grip Tape
Bearings must be returned in original sealed packaging.
How to Return or Exchange
- Email Us at [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return/exchange
- Wait for Approval – We’ll email a return authorization within 48 hours
- Pack It Up – Use the original packaging if possible

Return Shipping
You cover return shipping unless the item is defective or we messed up. For exchanges, we’ll cover shipping your new item. Pro tip: Use a trackable service – we can’t help if your return gets lost in transit.
Refund Timeline
- Processing: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days to show on your statement
- Original Payment Method: Refunds go back how you paid (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
Exchange Timeline
Exchanges take about 7-10 business days after we get your return. We’ll email tracking info when your new gear ships.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives messed up, email us within 7 days with photos. We’ll send a replacement ASAP or refund you – your call.
International Returns
Global riders follow the same process but are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees. We can’t mark returns as “gifts” – sorry!
