Yo riders! At Element Skate Shop, we want you to be stoked about every purchase. If something’s not right with your gear, we’ve got your back with our simple return and exchange policy. Read on to learn how to send stuff back and get what you really want.
Our Return Policy
You’ve got 15 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items. All returned items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Heads up! For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beanies, caps, belts, and grip tape unless they’re defective. Bearings must be returned in original sealed packaging.
How to Return or Exchange
- Email Us at [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return/exchange
- Wait for Approval – We’ll email you a return authorization within 48 hours
- Pack It Up – Use the original packaging if possible
- Ship It Back – Send to: Element Skate Shop Returns

Return Shipping
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return:
- Processing: 2-3 business days
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Original Payment Method: Refunds go back to how you paid
Exchange Timeline
Exchanges take about 7-10 business days after we receive your return. We’ll email you tracking info once your new item ships.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement ASAP or refund you – your choice.
International Returns
International riders follow the same process but are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. We can’t mark returns as “gifts” – sorry!
